In one of my latest large-scale projects, I raised F&B revenues 30% over 9 months as well as ADR from $49 to $149. Occupancy soared from 7% to 73% in the same period.
Designed and sourced all new room remodels creating suites and three levels of room types. Simultaneously redoing all F&B offerings from full-service steak house, casual sports bar to 1500-person capacity banquet operations.
Increased banquet bookings by 23% and increased overall profitability by 7 points on NOI.
On other projects:
+Re-positioned a nightclub which had flat lined sales and was in the red. In less than 3 months taking it into the black and raising guest and cocktail sales.
+A restaurant which was losing 2x its rent per month, I worked with culinary staff and redid the entire menu and launched a new marketing strategy which saved the venue.
